Terra Firma Cosmetics follows a 14-day return policy during which a NBL must inform Terra Firma Cosmetics that the customer would like to return an item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. Terra Firma Cosmetics will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact NBL with any requests for return and NBL will then contact the supplier.
